OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

What can you expect?

1.

Application

Our Recruiting Team will review your application and you should hear from us within one week of your application.

2.

Recruiter Screen

If based on your application we feel you could be a fit, one of our Recruiters will reach out to schedule time to connect with you and learn more about your background and experience, tell you about Anomalo and the opportunity, and answer any questions you have.

3.

Initial Interview

This next step will usually be with the Hiring Manager, but depending on the role, could be with another member of the team. This interview will focus on role related knowledge, and will always leave time for you to ask any questions you may have.

4.

Team Interviews

While the structure of this interview varies by department, you can expect 3-4 interviews and will meet with different members of the team, including an interview focused on our company values. We’ll be sure to send you details on this stage when you get there!

5.

Meet the CEO

We think it’s important for everyone to meet our CEO, Elliot! He can help answer any lingering questions you may have.
